Mothers Day Breakfast

May 12, 2023
Ms Geneva Clayton - Head of Junior School

Our Mother’s Day events are always special in the Junior School. This is a time to acknowledge the significant women and carers in our children’s lives. Our students eagerly chose the perfect gifts from the Mother’s Day stall. From earrings to bath bombs, there was something for everyone.

This was followed by our annual Mother’s Day breakfast that brought our community together for this special occasion. This year, we had a record number of attendees, who had a wonderful morning together. Perfect weather, excited children and a beautiful breakfast made our Mother’s Day celebration a great success. It was lovely to welcome so many new families, for many, this was their first Junior School event.

Thank you to all of our staff and families involved in the organisation of our Mother’s Day stall and breakfast, in particular a huge thank you to all of the fathers who were available to help on the morning of the breakfast. There was a real sense of community spirit and we know how special this is for our students. To all of our mothers, carers, grandmothers, aunts, and significant women in our children’s lives, may Sunday be a day of recognition and well deserved spoiling.
