Year 7 & 10 School Vaccinations

Did you know you can provide online consent for your child to receive their school vaccinations?
To provide online consent you will need to:
- To visit: NSW Health – Health (service-now.com) (Go to School Vaccination program)
- Enter your Service NSW login details
- Have your Medicare card details for you and your child ready
- Enter the name of the school your child is attending in 2024 (The Illawarra Grammar School)
If you or your child do not have a Medicare card, you can provide consent using a paper based consent form which is available from Student Reception in the Senior School.
Vaccination Dates
Year 10 – Monday 20 May 2024
Year 7 – Monday 19 August 2024
Students should wear their sport uniform on the day.
