‘The Works’ Exhibition

‘The Works’ is a special event on the Illawarra Grammar calendar in which completed Year 12 HSC Major Works are displayed or performed prior to being submitted for external assessment.

‘The Works’ 2026 is scheduled to take place on Thursday 27 August, from 4.00pm until 7.20pm and is open, as it is each year, to students, family members and members of the wider TIGS community. Our guest speaker will be alumna Annabel Hickling-Smith (Class of 2021).

  • 4.00pm: Exhibition opens – major works on display in Hoskins Building
  • 5.00pm: Official opening – guest speaker in Hoskins Lecture Theatre
  • 5.30pm: Drama performances in Begbie Performance Space
  • 6.20pm: Music performances in IGC Backstage
  • 7.20pm: Event concludes
