Today, the Daily Telegraph released their list of top 100 independent primary schools in NSW. Impressively, our Junior School was ranked 30th, marking a major milestone for our School.
The majority of these top-ranked NSW schools are in Sydney, with just three regional schools in the list, positioning Illawarra Grammar as the highest-ranked, non-Sydney independent primary school.
The ranking methodology places strong emphasis on academic performance, particularly Year 3 and Year 5 NAPLAN results, while also considering factors such as student attendance, class sizes and school community demographics.
I am sure you will join me in congratulating our teachers and students on this achievement.
