About the School:
The Illawarra Grammar School is an independent co-educational P-12 Anglican Grammar School. Position Overview:
The Receptionist is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Senior School office and supporting the enrolment process. This position involves professional reception duties, administrative support for enrolments, and plays a vital role in fostering positive relationships with prospective and current families.
Key Competencies and Attributes:
- Highly organised with strong administrative and data entry skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including confidence making phone calls, with the ability to build rapport with prospective families and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Experience in database management and proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- A proactive and customer-focused approach, ensuring a seamless and timely enrolment experience for families
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
