A Special General Meeting for members only for TIGS Foundation Limited is to be held on Wednesday 13 December, at 6.00pm to move for the adoption of a new Constitution to replace the current Memorandum and Articles of Association for the Illawarra Grammar School Foundation Limited.

The meeting will be held onsite at The Illawarra Grammar School in the Boardroom and online via Zoom. A copy of the new constitution is available to members. Please email Hannah Goodhew ([email protected]) should you require a copy of the Constitution, or wish to join the meeting via Zoom.
