Students studying Year 11 PDHPE recently visited @baimedperformance Sports Centre to speak with their expert sports physiotherapists and trainers. While at the facility, our students also participated in a number of challenging fitness tests, designed to test their health and skill related components of fitness. Students are now analysing their personal results, identifying their strengths and areas to improve and making comparisons against standard norms.
