Ms Geneva Clayton

Ms Clayton commenced at TIGS as Head of Junior School in 2019.  Ms Clayton is a highly regarded educator and leader with a deep passion for educational excellence and a commitment to the development of every child. With over 20 years of experience, her joy and passion for learning is evident in her approach.  Ms Clayton has a particular interest and success in using data to inform practice, alongside the use of evidence-based strategies, to drive student learning and outcomes.  Ms Clayton works hard to inspire students and staff to foster an active and life-long approach to learning.

Ms Clayton has extensive leadership experience in top tier Sydney schools including her previous roles as Deputy of the Junior School and Curriculum Coordinator at MLC School, Burwood, and Curriculum Coordinator, Kindergarten to Year 6 Gifted Education Coordinator and classroom teacher at St Catherine’s School, Waverley.  Ms Clayton enjoys sharing her expertise locally, interstate, and internationally.

Ms Clayton holds a Bachelor of Teaching (Hons) (WSU) and Certificate of Gifted Education (UNSW) and is currently completing her Masters of Education, (UNSW).
