On Friday 27 August, our resident psychologists Tina Suka and Audine Evans will host a webinar series for our Junior School and Senior School families where they will share proven strategies for maintaining family wellbeing during the ongoing lockdown.

We encourage you to join in the discussion, even if you’re not currently experiencing mental or emotional strain, as the knowledge shared is likely to be needed within your social circle in the coming weeks. Our hope is not only to support our students and their families, but also the wider community, through shared knowledge and resources.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Tina Suka is a registered psychologist who has University qualifications in both education and psychology. She has worked with children and young people for the NSW Department of Education for the past 17 years and has recently joined us at TIGS. Tina is passionate about her work assisting children and young people to thrive in an environment that supports their academic, social and emotional learning.

Audine Evans is a psychologist who has worked in the Illawarra for over 30 years across a variety of settings in child, adolescent and family therapy, and has been a part of The Illawarra Grammar School community for 21 years. As a Christian, she is passionate about helping people manage challenges to live their best lives and in doing so make a difference in the world around them.
