Administration Support – Student Reception

Your new role:

As the first point of contact, Student Reception provides quality customer service to students, staff and families. The position is responsible for student attendance, performing a wide range of administrative support tasks, providing First Aid services to students, including the administration of student medication, and maintaining accurate medical records. This is a customer facing role and requires high level proficiency in office administration, customer service and personal presentation.

Selection Criteria:

  • Show a demonstrated commitment to the School’s Mission and Values.
  • Have completed Year 12 or equivalent.
  • Hold Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Relevant secretarial and office administrative experience, shows initiative when required.
  • Experience working with various software applications required including an advanced     understanding of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Organise and support events that are professional and well coordinated.
